Applicator Cleaning
You spray applicator is your lively hood. Please respect it and ensure that you clean it properly after each spray day. Treat it with love and care it deserves.
You will find the cleaning instruction on the website under cleaning & maintenance
Watch this quick video that shows you your daily cleaning.
Turbine Cleaning
The air intake vent MUST also be cleaned weekly to avoid any build-up of foreign material/hair/dust as this may constrict the air flow to the spray orifice of your applicator. An obstructed vent will make your applicator spit, or have a spotting effect on your clients when spraying.
PLEASE DISCONNECT THE POWER CORD FROM THE UNIT BEFORE CLEANING.
DO NOT OPERATE TURBINE ON CARPET OR SIMILAR FLOORING
See example below of not cleaning the vent:
Applicator Hose
Please inspect your flexi-hose from time to time to ensure there are no blockages or build-up of foreign materials within the hose. You may wish to wash the hose in warm water on a weekly basis to prevent this and leave to dry overnight.
Tent
Your tent can be cleaned with a gentle all purpose cleaner as needed. Pay particular attention to the floor. You can also hose the insides out and let drive.
