Yes. Rewards are tied to your SunFX account. Make sure you’re logged in when you shop so points and perks apply correctly.
What’s the difference between Glow Rewards and the Pro Circle?
Glow Rewards is for retail customers shopping self-tanners, prep, and post-care products.
The Pro Circle is for licensed or working spray tan professionals and includes tiered pricing, wholesale benefits, and professional-only perks.
Can I be part of both programs?
No. Accounts are either Retail (Glow Rewards) or Professional (Pro Circle).
If you’re a professional, your account will be approved and placed into the Pro Circle automatically.
How do I qualify for Pro Circle access?
You’ll need to apply for professional access. Once approved, Pro Circle pricing and perks will appear automatically when you’re logged in.
How are Pro Circle tiers calculated?

Do points or rewards expire?
Points and rewards may expire. Expiration details are always visible in your account dashboard.
Can rewards be combined with sales or other discounts?
Rewards generally cannot be combined with sale pricing or other promotional discounts unless stated otherwise.
Can I redeem rewards for cash?
No. Rewards and points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
Does free shipping apply to equipment?
Free shipping rewards and Pro Circle free shipping benefits do not apply to large equipment items unless stated otherwise.
What happens if my spending drops below a tier?
Your tier is reviewed on a rolling annual basis. If your spend changes, your tier may adjust accordingly.
